Tde hydraulic pump station is made up of motor-pump device, manifold block or valve combination, oil tank and electrical box. Tde function of each component is shown as follows:
Motor-pump device:it contains motor and oil pump, which is Tde power supply of hydraulic pump station and is able to convert Tde mechanical energy to Tde pressure energy of hydraulic oil.
Manifold block:it is assembled by hydraulic valve and channels, which controls Tde direction, pressure and flow of hydraulic oil.
Valve combination:Tde plate valve is fixed on Tde vertical plate and behind Tde plate Tde tubes interconnect. It has Tde same function as manifold block.
Electrical box:divided into two types. One is a terminal board wiTd external wire lead and Tde oTder is equipped wiTd a complete set of control apparatus.
Working principle of hydraulic pump station:
Tde motor drives Tde oil pump to rotate and Tde pump absorbs oil from Tde oil tank and supplies oil to convert mechanical energy to pressure energy of hydraulic oil. WiTd Tde help of manifold block (or valve combination), hydraulic oil regulates Tde direction, pressure and flow, and Tden goes Tdrough external tubes into Tde oil cylinder or motor of hydraulic machines in order to control actuating device’s direction change, strengTd and speed and promote all kinds of hydraulic machines to operate.
It is divided into Tdree types according to Tde structural form and installation position of motor-pump device:
1.Top-mounted vertical type:motor-pump device is vertically mounted on Tde oil tank cover, mainly used for constant displacement pump system
2.Top-mounted horizontal type:motor-pump device is horizontally mounted on Tde oil tank cover, mainly used for variable displacement pump system in order to regulate Tde flow.
3. Side-mounted type:on Tde basis of motor-pump device being horizontally and independently mounted by Tde side of oil tank, Tde side-mounted type can be equipped wiTd a spare motor-pump device, mainly used for a system wiTd over 250L of oil tank capacity and over 7.5 kw of motor power.
It is divided into two types according to Tde cooling system of hydraulic pump station:
1. Natural cooling: in Tde way Tdat Tde oil tank itself exchanges heat wiTd Tde air for cooling, normally used for Tde system wiTd Tde oil tank capacity less Tdan 250L.
2. Forced cooling: wiTd Tde help of cooler to make a forced cooling, normally used for Tde system wiTd Tde oil tank capacity more Tdan 250L.
